Effect of Naturally Low Temperature Stress on Cold Resistance of Fennel Varieties Resource

After being affected by naturally low temperature (-4~0°C), the changes of relative electrical conductivity and MDA content of 11 fennel varieties were tested. The experiment studied the relationship between the cold resistance and changes of relative electrical conductivity and MDA content of varieties. The results showed that the relative electrical conductivity and MDA content were higher than CK under naturally low temperature stress. The varieties had different increasing amplitude. The differences were significant. The comprehensive comparison indicated that the cold resistance of XJ0712 was the strongest, while that of XJ0710 was the worst.
